We don't have reports of this happening, but it could be a possibility in areas underserved by physicians. In the U.S., there are fairly strict laws that prevent veterinarians from serving as physicians (and vice versa). Although veterinarians and physicians have very similar training, it doesn't necessarily make them interchangeable. In the U.S. and many countries, veterinarians help protect human health by keeping animals healthy; by preventing animals from becoming sick due to diseases that can then be passed to humans, we help protect the humans. It is true that veterinarians have a higher suicide risk than the general public and other health professions, but there's no simple explanation for it. Keep in mind, too, that the researchers reported that the people who committed suicide already had signs of depression or other mental disorders--so just being a veterinarian doesn't make you a suicide risk. There are other things to consider.

concerns: do vets have excess to treat human cases of diseases in areas where there is no human doctor .becuase we personally experienced,,we used to treat along with colleages several human clinical cases presented to us in our vet clinic.these cases presented include dermatitis, arthritis, vomition, gastrointestinal disturbance, nusea, opthalmic conditions.eventhough we handout our assistant for them still it,s not our scientific obligations to treat human related cases of diseases.Due to aforement mentioned fact, vets are considered to be jack of all trade and this may be the reasons behind why vets lead the highest number of people among the civil and private servicse personals who committ suicide all over the world.
